LC payment,we can accept

At the end of 2016,We make our company decision,in 2017,we can accept for LC payment.
In before,we have rules,if the totally payment is less than 5000USD,We only accept for T/T payment.because the LC Payment is too complex,also cost too much bank fee.
Now for little country which can't use T/T.like Bangladesh.Tunisia.we can use LC payment.but the bank fee need share with two sides.
We open LC use Alibaba trade service,keep sure buyer 100% profit.
