Payment from Switzerland

Business was established by one step trust and one step trust.We have a good customer
from Switzerland.
Firstly,our Switzerland customer need one set Mixer,all the business process is short and
fluently,after sending the PI,our customer send us the bank slip,yes,we got it,but after three
weeks,we have not receive the payment.now the feed mixer have been finished.
After confirming,because our sales man misguide our Switzerland customer then give one
another customer bank slip to reference.Switzerlad customer pay the total payment to our
another customer in Europe.
We send e-mail to our another Europe customer to check the bank,he got it.we have more
than 3 years business relationship,so he return this payment to the bank.many thanks for
our customer kindness support.
Now we have got this payment again,hehe~~,the machine are near by finished.next week
we will book shipping space to our customer then arrange delivery.
