Sawdust Pellet mill in Greece

Today our Greece Customer received our pellet mill in Thessalonica port,Greece,
After he connected on the electric route.then inform us that the machine can't work,
running for 5 minutes then stop,then start on,after 5 minutes also stop,so angry with
us,then feedback with bed mood.
we think why is this? not,before delivery the machine,we should check and test it
until can work regularly.then send our customer.Based on our requirements about
the machine photos,he is not willing to contact with us,but also do it as we demand.
after check the photos,big surprise.he make the three electric wire connecting mistake.
Normally three pieces electric wire in the motor should match three color up and down,
then can start work.
After we answers with right flow photos,now the machine can work well.
So when you receive the machine,before running,all the key point connecting,if you have
