As beginner how many factors influence the wood pellet mill capacity,let us share you you.
1)Raw materials. normally the raw materials have two kinds.one is soft raw materials like pinetree wood,the other is hard raw materials like beech,oak,rice husk.

soft raw materials with higher adhesion power,it is very easy to hold together during machine running,so the capacity will be higher. while hard raw materials have lower adhesion power,so hard to press pellets.the capacity will be lower.some times need mix some adhesive,this way will be better.

2)Raw materials moisture.the best suitable moisture for pellet mill is 15%-20%,dry or wet both all influence the capacity.this raw materials moisture need more operation experience.firstly need make more test with raw materials.

3)New spare parts. for new pellet machine,the spare parts like ring die or flat die.they are new,start use,the capacity will be lower.
after long time working,they have grinded fine,the capacity will be higher.

4)Pellet diameter.normally 6mm pellets and 8mm pellets diameter,the capacity is same (more or less),if you press 4mm pellets diameter,the capacity will be influence.
